Review :
What I learnt thus far from this book :
- All answers for our inquiries, that we endlessly and aimlessly keep searching, are already inside us. It only takes a pure soul which can open our eyes through things around us.
- You will never succeed if you don't find the peace within ' Sakkina'h ' in what you do. ( And I highlight the word succeed )
- Kill your ego, forgive people and be humble.
- When you realized how small you are compared to this universe, you will then understand how stupid you have always been taking this life too seriously.
- Live in the present, enjoy every moment, Appreciate every second, and open your eyes on the blessings around you.
- Stop worrying about the future, that doesn't change anything, the only important moment is now, here, this moment.
- You will only feel the true happiness when you remove the negative feelings from your heart, and the only way to do that, is to find the peace within.
- Eat healthy food, do sports often, fast if possible, and don't feed your needs always, try to delay what you want, that way you will have more fun when you get them again.
- If you follow the way of the peaceful warrior, which has a lot to do with Islam, you will be able to acquire a positive and superior energy which will attract all good things, people and happiness to your life.
- Know thyself.
One day ago I received a response to my message from Joy Millman, the wife of Dan Millman, I'll keep in touch with them to learn more, and why not meet them soon?
Have a good read.
